Foodsmith Express’s Foundations
FOODSMITH EXPRESS, otherwise known as Foodsmith, was established in 2015 by Malaysian Chef, Nuriman Jusuf. Having had 14 years experience in the Food & Beverage industry (ranging from working with cruise liners, designer restaurants and bistros) Chef Nuriman decided to apply his knowledge and expertise to develop his own consultancy business.
What is it?
Foodsmith started out as a food styling company, collaborating with individual chefs and a variety of restaurants. Responding to growing demand, Foodsmith came to distinguish itself as a F&B Consulting Management company.
Chef Nuriman consolidated his in-depth knowledge of the F&B industry with his international experience (having worked in Hong Kong, Bali, Japan and Taiwan), to develop an impressive portfolio of collaborative projects, which include local celebrity chefs and international F&B magazines.

Having established itself as a reliable and creatively minded company, Foodsmith is now the exclusive consultant of several gourmet clients in Kuala Lumpur, including Cafes, Restaurants and Clubhouses.
Early in 2017, Foodsmith expanded to incorporate new brands under its umbrella company, recently seeing the successful launch of LIVELY: an eatery specialising in clean and healthy ingredients.
